Wayflo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the extent permitted by law, wayflo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
